Seegehalli lake sits quietly at the eastern edge of Bengaluru — wide, still, and impossibly golden at dusk. Most of Whitefield drives past it. We decided to build a home beside it instead.
Everything here is arranged around the water: courts that catch the morning light, lawns that run down toward the shore, a café that stays open until the last colour leaves the sky.
